Most physicians were taught a very simple formula for success:
- Work harder.
- See more patients.
- Earn more money.
At first this seems logical. But over time something frustrating happens.
More patients create more demands, more paperwork, and more pressure on the physician's time.
Eventually physicians discover an uncomfortable truth:
Time is limited.
When income depends entirely on time and patient volume, many doctors reach a ceiling where working harder no longer creates freedom.
This cycle is what I call The Physician Trap.
